By accessing and playing KalkiVerse, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the game.

Account and Registration

Your KalkiVerse account is linked to your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
Attempt to hack or disrupt game services
Share or sell your account
Engage in fraudulent purchases or chargebacks

Purchases and Payments

All in-game purchases are processed through Telegram Stars. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Virtual Items

In-game items, currency, and progress have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or add virtual items at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to graphics, text, code, and game mechanics, is owned by KalkiVerse and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to KalkiVerse at any time for violating these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

KalkiVerse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
